Adding Immunisations

1. Open a patient record. See - Searching for Patients.
2. To record data an Encounter must be open. See - Opening an Encounter.
3. Enter the keyword in the dynamic data entry bar.
   You can enter 'infl vac' to trigger Influenza vaccinations.

   

4. Select the vaccination.
5. Enter vaccination details.

   
   

   If there is more that one vaccination option select the arrow to make your selection.
   

   
   

6. Select Add to save.

   

7. Vaccination is saved into the Encounter.
